For restaurant managers: Print this page, have the employee complete it voluntarily, and retain the signed form with your onboarding records.

Hospelo Restaurant Operations Messaging

Hospelo helps participating restaurants communicate scheduling information by text. Messages may include:

  • Published schedules and schedule changes
  • Open-shift and callout-coverage offers
  • Confirmations of shift pickups or coverage decisions
  • Time-off and availability updates
  • Manager notices and occasional hours-preference check-ins

Voluntary employee authorization

I agree to receive recurring automated operational SMS or MMS messages from Hospelo on behalf of my restaurant at the phone number written below. I understand that message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and my consent is not a condition of employment or purchase.

I may reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. I have reviewed Hospelo’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Changing your preference

Consent is optional. An employee can decline without losing access to other available scheduling channels. To stop texts after enrolling, reply STOP. To restart after opting out, contact the restaurant manager and follow the instructions Hospelo provides.

Questions about the messaging program can be sent to support@hospelo.com. Keep this completed form with the restaurant’s onboarding records; do not email sensitive employee paperwork unless instructed through a secure channel.
